Refunds and Warranty

At Caadence, customer care is our most important core value. Although we expect you’ll love your sunglasses, we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out or you can simply change your mind.

30-Day Refunds & Exchange

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lifetime Warranty

If your Caadence eyewear ever breaks, gets scratched, or damaged we’ll replace them for life.

  • We’ll send you a brand-new pair, a processing & shipping fee of $14.95 per claim will apply.
  • Limit of 2 warranty claims per pair.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your glasses arrive defective or damaged, email us within 7 days (with photos) and we’ll send a free replacement with no additional fees.

Email support@ridecaadence.com with your order number and reason for return or replacement. We’ll take it from there.

Final Sale Notice:

Once a colorway or frame style sells out and is no longer restocked, it becomes a final sale item. Final sale items are not eligible for warranty claims, replacements, or exchanges.
